Hi,
I’m Nasya ✺☽

— a clinical herbalist, dedicated yoga teacher + creative Earth lover, harmonizing with the elements to restore the connection between plants + people.

My hope is to help guide us back to our roots
— through movement, community, and the magic of plants.

My journey toward a more holistic lifestyle began during my first year of college. Navigating this new chapter came with its own set of challenges, and I often found myself unsure of where to start. Until one day, I was invited to a yoga class that turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was there I first felt a deep connection to my body, mind, and heart, changing my perspective forever.

That transformative experience led me to become a registered yoga teacher, accumulating over 500 hours of diverse training, 10 years of practice, and nearly a decade of teaching in my community. Yoga was the gateway to the wellness world for me—It taught me the importance of gratitude, resilience, and self-awareness, which led me to herbalism.

While yoga strengthened my body, I faced internal challenges. In my early twenties, I faced severe skin issues, gut imbalances, and the overwhelming weight of anxiety. For a time, I tried to find solutions on my own or leaned on my community, but nothing felt quite right. Everything changed when I discovered ArborVitae: School of Traditional Herbalism. The teachings, supportive community, and ancient wisdom of plant medicine completely transformed my life.

Herbalism is a powerful practice that links us to the Earth’s healing magic, helping us reconnect with our true selves. The three-year clinical program at ArborVitae has profoundly influenced my approach to healing, and I’m honored to share this rich lineage of wisdom.

We are beings of the Earth, and it is our birthright to embody the elements, recognize the patterns that exist within us as they do in nature, and restore our relationship with oneness.

Our Mission 𓍊𓋼𓍊

At Sōlidago, we empoweR 〰

— by working with individuals on their unique health journeys through personalized movement practices, self-exploration, and tailored herbal support. By blending ancient wisdom with modern practices, we create a nurturing space for holistic healing, emotional growth, and community connection, fostering lasting transformation and a deeper bond with nature.

Our goal is to create a thriving, interconnected community where individuals come together to explore their personal health stories, heal through intentional practices, and rediscover their deep connection to the earth. Sōlidago aims to be a place where people feel heard, held, and empowered to make lasting changes in their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through workshops, education, movement, seasonal herbal remedies, and immersive retreats, we envision a world where healing is rooted in mutual care, creative expression, and reverence for nature, fostering a collective shift towards holistic living.

Healing starts with our connection to the earth. The knowing that we are not separate, but rather lost kin — mirrors of each other, in need of intimate relationships to connect the dots within, all that we already have, that needs tending, watering, weeding, loving.
