Hi,
I’m Nasya ✺☽

— a clinical herbalist, dedicated yoga teacher + creative Earth lover, harmonizing with the elements
to restore the connection between plants + people.

My journey towards a more holistic way of living began during my first year of college. Starting this new chapter away at school brought up many challenges for me, and often times, it felt hard to figure out where to start or what to fix. Fortunately, one day I was invited to a very unexpected but much needed yoga class, and it shifted my whole perspective. I began to feel connected to my body, my mind, my heart.

That one single class, placed me on my path to becoming a registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of various trainings, 10 years of practice and almost a decade of teaching my community. Yoga was my first step into the wellness world — it taught me to go deeper with gratitude + openness, eventually leading me to the path of herbalism.

As my external body strengthened, my internal body was struggling. During my early twenties, I dealt with severe skin issues, gut disharmonies and worst of all, an anxious heart-mind. For a while, I tried to find solutions to my health on my own, or with friends in my community, but it wasn’t enough. When I was introduced to ArborVitae: School of Traditional Herbalism, my whole world flipped. The knowledge shared, the strong family of teachers + the wisdom of plant medicine truly changed my life.

Herbalism is a practice of connecting to the healing magic of the Earth, in turn, connecting deeper to the self. ArborVitae’s three year clinical program has shaped so much of my practice working with others, in all facets of life, and I feel immense gratitude to be able to continue sharing this lineage.

We are beings of the Earth. It is our right to embody the elements, to notice patterns within ourselves as they are in nature + to rekindle our relationship with oneness — to live with vitality + in harmony.

My hope is to get us back to our roots
— with movement, community + plant magic.

My VISION 𓍊𓋼𓍊

My goal is to empoweR 𓆸

— by working one on one with committed clients through movement practices + self exploration to find the right herbal support for this chapter of their health journey.

For so long, I’ve hoped to connect with others through intentional human experiences that give us the opportunity to see with fresh eyes, share our gifts and receive the wisdom of the earth. A space for hearts to burst open, to be heard, to be held and to hold. Sōlidago is that vision come to life — expanding, growing, evolving.

This is a space for community + creativity — to use our hands, to feel the full range of expression + emotion, to create strong bonds. Aside from 1:1 herbal consultations, there are a variety of wellness workshops to attend, private + group yoga classes to move your body, small batch herbal medicine offered seasonally and exciting wellness retreats immersed in nature.

Healing starts with our connection to the earth. The knowing that we are not separate, but rather lost kin — mirrors of each other, in need of intimate relationships to connect the dots within, all that we already have, that needs tending, watering, weeding, loving.
